- How to evaluate and clarify your individual needs/goals
- How to utilize Spiritual Principles in moving forward
- How to recognize and minimize any addiction chatter
- Invite and help your younger selves to be part of the changes

Body Image Healing Workshop
This virtual group is designed to address and heal the #1 relapse issue. It’s intended to help uncover and heal all body images issues. We explore the bigotry of looksism and its impact on us. We identify old ideas that have caused or created body/self rejection and create new, spiritually sound beliefs to replace the old damaged ones. Our goal is to become a kind, loving ally to our body, learn to live with grateful acceptance of our body and experience the freedom of full recovery.
Becky never ceases to amaze me with her wisdom, compassion, and just plain common sense. My life has changed in ways that I never thought possible since working with her. My recovery from my eating addiction has resulted in positive benefits with regard to my work, my relationships, and my overall sense of well-being.
